Our mud pressure piston separator handles working pressures up to 15,000 psi that are delivered though a one-fourth inch hydraulic hose. Our 1:1 piston isolator uses not only a piston but also a rubber diaphragm to keep well-fluids, such as cement, acid, and mud, from mud gauges or chart recorders, providing double the protection from these harsh fluids.

Our 1:1 piston separators are designed to hold well fluids out of a pressure system’s internal parts and offer additional protection by using both a rubber diaphragm and a piston to separate the well fluid from the mud gauge or recorder.
