Product Description

Construction:

Tube: Modified Nitrile,black,Specially designed for handling abrasive,corrosive,and oil drilling mud.
Reinforcement: Multiple layers of textile fabric and steel cable,with one layer middle rubber placed between cable layers
Cover:Modified Nitrile,black,specially designed Ultra abrasion cover is resistant to abrasion,corrosion,cutting,gouging,oil and weather.

Application:

Rotary drilling hose is designed for flexible connection between standpipe and swivel (rotary drilling)or between pump and
standpipe(rotary vibrator) for pumping mud at extra high pressure in oil drilling and exploration work,Meets the high demands of
directional drilling and down linking with negative pressure pulses and elevated temperatures,the drilling kelly hose can also be used
as a motion compensator hose for stablization of rotary drilling and pumping equipment against vertical wave action on offshore drill
platforms,the motion compensator hose is not recommended for phosphate ester fluids.

Temperature: -20°C to +82°C( -4°F to +180°F)

Temperature range	-4°F to +200°F (-20°C to +93°C) continuous service.
Product structure	the steel wire winding drilling hose consists of the inner rubber layer, the inner glue protection layer, the medium glue layer, the wire winding reinforced layer and the outer rubber layer.
Inner tube	with nitrile rubber as the main body, oil resistant, wear-resistant, acid and alkali resistance.
Tube reinforced layer	a single high strength steel wire, 2~8 layers of steel wire winding structure, steel wire through the film bonding solid whole.
Outer Tube	chloroprene rubber as the main body, oil resistant, wear-resistant, weathering resistance.
Joint type	besides using API Spec 5B pipe pipe and tubing thread, it can also be provided by nonan and flange connection, and also can be made according to user's requirements.
Execution standards	API Spec 7K, SY 5469, ISO 6807, Q/LMH001
With Union or not	both are OK, hose and union also can be shipped separately.
