High Pressure H2S Service Style 100 Active Elbow / Chiksan Swivel Joint For Oilfield

Our movable elbow is a metal pipeline joint equipped with ball bearings. It is a series of products produced by digestion, absorption and technological innovation based on the technology of FMC and SPM in the United States. The specifications range from 1" to 4", and the rated working pressure is 25 to 140MPa (3629psi to 20000psi). Various types of movable elbows and repair kits for use under normal temperature, low temperature and sulfur-containing gas conditions can be provided. There are two types of long radius and short radius. The long radius movable elbow has a smooth diameter, which can minimize the resistance when the liquid passes. The erosion and corrosion of the wall thickness of the turn by the fluid is better than the short radius, but sometimes due to the site short radius is also used when the installation space is restricted or the pressure is low.

The swivel joint is made from high strength alloy steel by forging and the heat treatment is carried out on it, thus its service strength and long service life are guaranteed under the rated working pressure. Both ends of it can be connected by the LP inner thread connection and also can be connected by union. It can apply to installation ways of various kinds of pipelines.

Our movable elbow is formed by simmering and bending alloy steel forgings on a CNC machine tool, with uniform wall thickness and long service life. The appearance quality is comparable to that of imported blanks; heat treatment is carried out through the group-controlled heat treatment production line to extend the service life of the deformed body. The three-way design of the movable elbow can bear heavy and radial loads more effectively, so that it is balanced when bearing pressure. When bearing variable loads, the vibration in the pipeline is small. The connection size is completely in accordance with the American standard. It can replace similar foreign products. The seal is made of synthetic rubber and has a metal supporting ball. At the same time, it is designed with a pressure relief hole. When the seal has two leaks, it will automatically reduce pressure to prevent pressure from accumulating in the ballway control, which greatly improves the safety of use. Union connection is fast and reliable. In order to meet the needs of the oilfield, a long radius movable elbow with a new structure of 3″ 105MPa was developed in 10 years. The wall thickness and strength of the parts vulnerable to erosion have been increased in the design to improve erosion resistance and extend service life.

5.All sizes of swivel joints can be interchanged with FMC equivalent products used in cementing and fracturing equipment.

6.Sealing parts made of synthetic rubber with release hole are fitted with blowout preventing metal ring. When sealing parts leak, pressure will be automatically relieved. Safety performance is enhanced.

7.Usually good lubrication can ensure that swivel joints work normally without much maintenance.
